Noise coming from front end what is it

I have a 2006 equinox recently my car
stopped on me there was marble size balls
in the road i couldnt accelerate and lost
brakes so i got the cv axis replaced rotors n
brake pads. Now there is a noise coming
from the front end really loud. One person
says barreling another says the industrial to
high

I had two tell me two different things the third guy comin to look at it today 1st guy says it might be the brakes on backwards 2nd guy says it the wheel barreling
Sounds like a bearing to me. We just replaced the wheel hubs on my wife's 07. If you end up changing the wheel hubs I wouldn't buy the duralast ones from auto zone. We got those and ended up replacing them again a few months later. I'd recommend getting the Moog wheel hubs

Thanks ill definitely check those moog ones if thats the problem. So when i used google it said something bout grease could that be the problem
You can't grease those wheel bearings they are sealed unfortunately.

Im sayin i got new CV axle, brake pads, and rotors do any of those need grease
No those dont take grease either. The CV axle has a one time use band on it and is already packed with grease!
