no. the newer platform is quite different. but turbo EA82s ('85-'90) had rear discs stock. grab the hubs, rotors, backing plates, and calipers, and it's all bolt-up http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=49975

oh yea, and check out my website for more info on the motor swap: http://www.numbchuxconversions.com/downloads.htm

thats pretty tight, your loyal came out lookin tit's! yeah i hadn;t thought about researching loyals with disc brake. that would work just dandy. do you know abything about doing oversize rotors and calipers say from like a WRX? i could beef up the master cylinder but i would prefer a larger foundation brake assembly if poosible. i admit i haven't researched these ideas very much... but non the less i would like to do this project up rightuously.
