Leaking coolant

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
I recently had a new radiator put into my 2000 Subaru outback at a Subaru dealer. Below
the radiator cap there is a horizontal cylindrical plastic piece that seems to be weeping
coolant. Does anyone know what this could be, and why it would be leaking?

If it is leaking right under the cap you may need a new cap or there is a cracked in the new radiator neck ( which is where the cap goes on ) I hope this helps you can also have it pressure tested ( if you want to spend more money) it may be covered on the radiator warrenty just bring it back and have them look at it good luck
it may also be leaking from the hose fitting that goes over to your overflow tank maybe it just has to be tighten a little
also make sure your cap is on tight
as per photo it is coming from small horizontal pipe fitting below radiator cap. not cap, not overflow, not neck of radiator. have same issue. did you replace the oring in pipe?
