I put q10w20 in my 2001 Subaru outback by
mistake about 2 months ago, it needs some oil
now so do I put the 10w20 in or 10w30? Can't get
an oil change til the weekend

Just add some oil as the weight will not make much of a difference as it will blend with the rest of the oil in the engine.

I would use the 10w-30 oil or even 10w-40.

Geez, Db...cool it. The worst thing that'll happen is that you'll just consume the skinny stuff, so watch the level and add 10w40 as needed, as it will probably consume 5w stuff too.
