Probably OK. I would service the transmission first and make sure the cooling system is working properly.
Replace the rear diff fluid also. Make sure your brakes are up to the task, that the tires are aired up, keep as steady of a pace as possible and avoid heavy acceleration. It never hurts to stop and give it a cool down every few hours also
