Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2005 Subaru Outback just started shuddering when I started from a full
stop, and engine light came on. Seemed like a struggle to move. Once I got
going was a little better, but every time I had to give it gas this occurred. Can I
drive it 5 miles to the mechanic or do I have to have it towed?

1 Answer

Towing would be best. Check your transmission fluid level in case it is low before driving it anymore.
