Keyfob on HHR quit working. Tried new battery, took to dealer to get a new one. The car will not recognize any of them now! What do I do?

so I did the ignition replacement at the dealer.. Dealer replaced one key fob and said the other is at my expense no matter Bara's letter says. I went to the battery store and approximate cost for new one $250 key fob battery. Get the ignition changed on GM and make sure it includes the key fob.
