replaced water pump, replaced thermostat, car only blows cold air, coolant is full

If you had all that replaced, did you buy an air bleed kit to make sure there's no air in the system? If you didn't do the work, bring it back to the shop and tell them the coolant system has an air lock in it. If your heat was working fine before the work was done, I would suspect air in the system.
