Tire and rim

Will the 265 60/R17 Factory Rims and
tires on my 05 Equinox fit on my 06 Impala
LS ? Impala currently has P225 60 R16
tires and rims.

Look up the bolt pattern but even if they bolt on the tires will likely be too tall.

Even if the bolt pattern is the same there are other factors to consider such , Back spacing, the tires are appx an 1 1/2 inches wider and at least an 1 1/2 taller , and possibly create a rubbing of the sidewalls with the spring seat on the strut The geometry may not have enough clearance when it bottoms out or when the wheels are turned hard to the right or left
