Why won't my alternator not get power?

I have a 2006 Malibu MAXX. My car wouldn't start, got new battery still,
wouldn't start, installed new starter, fixed a wire that was burnt. Car starts but
drains the battery because the alternator isn't getting power. What's going
on?

My car starts but the battery runs down seeing the alternator has no power going to it.
