Missing 10a fuse for tcm 06 malibu

Im checking fuses and i notice that the space for
the 10a tcm fuse on my 06 malibu ls 2.2 is
missing. Car runs and drives, but im wondering
why there isn't one and if i should put one in?

in our 06 malibu the fuse is missing in position 42 as well. on line there seems to be different uses for it. the car seems to run fine, should there be a 10amp fuse there.
