i have a 06 chevy Malibu. i changed my battery bc it was
dead..now my radio wont come on and my steering wheel
is hard to turn..is this normal? i had my car for 10yrs never
had this problem

Just because your battery is dead doesn't mean you have to change it you can take it to any local auto parts store and they'll charge it for free . They can even de sulphate it .
