I don't know if this will help BUT on my ford truck the ECM was on the same fuse as the lighter. Check your fuses. I hope that is the problem.

I have a 2004 suzuki forenza starts up but put it in drive it will not move what is the problem

The transmission range sensor has a habit of going bad on these cars I have a 08. Does the instrument cluster say whatever gear your putting it into? I would look into that if you havent replaced it yet.

There was also a recall on the headlight switch which might have melted your wiring. I have a ground problem on mine also might be your issue.
