Skipping want stay cranked

I have an 06 trailblazer had the oil changed and
after that it started spitting and sputtering and
wouldn't stay cranked. Have put in new timing
chain new starter changed the cam and crank
sensors have also changed the plugs. Took it to
dealership put it on machine they said timing chain
after changing it. It still is skipping and don't want
to stay crankef

I guess the people that do your oil changes and mechanic work don't know what they're doing , I don't let anybody touch my vehicles if I can help it .

Go get a second or 3rd opinion. Could be something as simple as cleaning the throttle body, which gunk up easily on our platform. I call BS on needing a timing chain. Our timing chain on the I6 engine is bullet proof, unless you're one of the 1%er's. There's a ton of us that have 250k-300k+ miles with never touching the chain.
