HOW DO I CHANGE THE BILBS IN MY 2006+ TRAIL BLAZER FOR MY HEATER KNOBS ETC

I have not taken a 2006 trail blazer dash out, but if it like most, there is a tinny bilb attached to each gauge. If all them are out, check the fuses, then the wiring. Not all go out at the same time unless there is a break in the electricity getting to the bilbs. Also make sure there is a good ground to the bilb line.
