If you thinking about buying a Suzuki one piece of advice run like hell and don't look back

Yes they are reliable as hell but you have to change the oil every 3000 miles. If you don’t do that they will develop a slight rattling in the first 5 minutes after startup first and then go full on rattle. If it’s only rattling slightly it needs a new chain tensioner, mechanic will ask 2000$ But if you know how you can do it yourself in 4 hours and 100$. Second issue is oilsmoke out of tailpipe upon startup. This is caused by clogged pcv in valve cover. Need to remove valve cover and clean. One of my suzuki stopped smoking after I drove the crap out of it for 1000 miles so that might work too. Third problem 4x4 light blinking/flickering when engaged. Can be repaired pretty easy cost usually under 100$. Fourth problem is misalignment and tire wear on the front inside. That are the vehicle specific problems and even if it had all of them I’d still buy it because I can repair in one day and 200$. The most important thing is oil change interval. The more often it has been changed, the better is the suzuki you are looking into. They can go 400k miles without any engine problem if changed frequently
