Put a new battery in a 1995 Suzuki Swift and I put it in wrong and it blew a 60 amp fuse and now nothing work how do I fix it

...charge the battery back up again, that way you won't be taxing performance by the onboard charging effort-
if you have caused a reverse polarity power spike to the ecu nothing will work as you would have fried it sounds like you may have to replace the engine management 1 as the suzuki i belive has 2 ecus one for the engine and one for everything else
