can I change my tranimission  oil or do I have to take it to someone and how often .can any auto place do it .i have a 2004 Suzuki Vernon and it went in to drive hard and it would not go pass 20 miles so i shut it off and now it running fine  what do u think

If fluid is full and doe,s not smell burned,may just be a sensor,engine light on ?

I think 2 questions here, that don't have anything to do with each other- 1st- yes take it to someone to service the tranny- second- if the problem went away- wait 'til it happens again, and make sure to bring your car's maintenance up to date-
