If your cluster doesn't turn on when the car is on and sometimes you can't shut the car off, most likely the problem is combination meter. The cost at the dealer is about $400 plus labor. There is a person on ebay that fixes clusters for $125. You just need to find a mechanic in your area that will take it out, and put it back in. I usually charge $300.
