Was running with all other changes but when you replaced the fuel pump it then would not start? If so I would check the connections at the fuel pump and also the fuses.

Fuel pump 50lbs of pressure to the cold start injector checked with fuel pump pressure gauge. The injectors are not opening to spray gas to the motor.
Ok with key on test for power (6-12 volts) on one wire to each injector you should have voltage. If not check for blown fuse or ignition/ignition relay failure. If you have power Then with someone turning the engine over test the other wire going to the injector for a negative(ground) pulse. This ground pulse comes from your ecu to open the injectors as the engine turns over. If no pulse or low pulse check all wire connections back to the ecu. Something else to check if no ground pulse is the wire harness bundle between the throttle body back to the main under hood fuse panel. On some model toyota there is a splice in this bundle for the injector ground pulse wire. These splices tend to get very corroded and do not allow the ground pulse to flow freely thru the wire. If you do have good power and good ground pulse going to each injector might want to think about trying new injectors. One other thing : with key in the on position jump the negative(ground) wire to one of the injectors to a good ground. The injector should then open. Will show your injectors are good. Hope this helps.

Could it be he has a bad ground wire he got it to start once today and now he has nothing but turning over.

red and white coming from injectors into brain box and blue and white into the brain box where is the brain box grounded to.
You get it figured out? If not I would double check the frame and motor negative battery connections.
