Thanks I'm taking the transmisson out could you tell me what to do and what tools to use
tools you will need are metric wrenches, 10 mm line wrench, transmission jack, metric sockets, rags and screwdrivers and for parts you will need a clutch and throw out bearing. start by jacking the vehicle up onto jack stands and removing the drive shafts. then remove the shifters from both the transmission and transfer case. then remove the clutch slave cylinder make sure to use the line wrench on the hydraulic line. then unbolt the transmission mount at the rear of the transfer case. then position the transmission jack under the transmission and using the chains to tie the transmission to the jack. after that unscrew the speedo cable and remove from transmission. And undo any electrical connections. now unbolt the bell housing from the engine and carefully pull the transmission back from the motor and once clear drop it down carefully. next install the new clutch onto the flywheel and throw out bearing on the new transmission make sure to torque the hardware on the pressure plate correctly. The next thing to do is to pull the shifters of the new tranny and using the tranny jack lift the tranny into place carefully lining up the shaft splines and bolt holes slide the tranny forward onto the motor at which point just reinstall all the hardware, cables, wires, shifters, slave cylinder and driveshafts and you should be done. I would recommend doing more research before starting on this job because you will need the torque specs for the pressure plate and having more detail instructions with pictures will help immensely.
Almost forgot a tool you will need a torque wrench.
