Crank but no start issue

I just redone head gaskets on my 1995 Toyota
4runner 3.0 3vze motor and it will try to crank the first
time I turn it over but from there on out you can crank
for ever and no start I have fuel to the fuel rail and I
can put starter fluid in the throttle body and it will fire
so I am stunned it's in time  to
