It's not the fact your not giving me any answers I honestly can't get logged in on my account which I'm already on, if I log out I have to change my password every time why should I be having so much trouble just tell me that, I've been with you guys forever

That'll be fine we just might get the issue resolved, a manager iimprobably could have helped I'm sure something could have been figured out, I just couldn't get no one's attention to help understand why I was wasting my time trying to get logged in when I have logged out lol but thanks I hope your lawyer has the answers have a goo day

If you could just give me some idea what it might be I'll just close mmy account and find another source for information ok, that way I want need to reset my password over and over that's all I ask
