This is has happened to me twice. Both times it was about 150 miles or so after an oil change. The guy at Jiffy Lube forgot to reattach a hose while pulling out the air filter. Look near the air filter and you should see a hose that's not attached to anything. Re-attach (should be fairly obvious where to connect it) and you should be good to go.

Went thru emissions test. their system is an OBDII passive system. After testing I drove down the street and VSC light came on. Can their test equipment cause this problem?
