How does one report a vehicle ad that has a tampered odometer?

I have been searching for a 2002 Toyota 4Runner Limited
for a while. I look, write down the VIN numbers and take
notes when I call in about the vehicles. I noticed a 2002
Toyota 4Runner Limited about a month ago on the
market, in show room condition and it had 119,578 miles
on it when I called in. Now the SAME VEHICLE is back on
the market and somehow has 103,075 miles on it (at time
of dealer listing). There is no photo of the odometer this
time.

Contact you local DMV to report the issue. This site does not sell cars so I dont think they will be able to help you, you can go to the bottom of the page and ckick on CONTACT US and send them a message

Sad thing is this does happen. A friend of mine traded in his 4 runner with rare option Midnight blue paint with custom graphics, saw blade reverse offset rims, I rode around in it mud ridding going fishing pulling a boat or a 4 wheeler trailer all over the south east, Hit a deer at 90mph and shoved the front end into the fire wall it was fixed and drove few more years and when traded in it had 160k miles on it and about a month later I went to the dealership it was traded in at and was dumbfounded to see it on the inside and on the showroom floor looking brand new, I looked under it and it looked like it had never seen mud. Then I looked inside and the interior was so clean it may have been brand new, Looked at the dash and the odometer said just over 45k miles.
