2002 Toyota 4Runner misfire - sensors?

2002 $runner random misfire, MAF sensor is a possibility, any other sensors I could clean and how while I am at it?

just be sure and MAF cleaner only on the MAF, other spray cleaners are corrosive to it.

Thanks KenF,. I used MAF cleaner only and have put 25 miles and I am still having random misfireing. Is plugs, wires and coils replacement the next step? What about fuel injectors. At 250k miles, it could get expensive. Any suggestions?
