Engine oil pressure switch & cabin air filter

Where is the engine oil pressure switch actually located?  How is the cabin air filter accessed?

Engine oild pressure switch is located next to the oil filter. The cabin air filter (I think..) is located behind the glovebox.

I have 95 toyota avalon, jus bought it & broke down on way home. Trying to get home with it to work on it. Was running fine & JUS all of a sudden went sluggish & won't crank back up. Seems hot on top. Plenty of water. & oil. No water in oil. Any ideas ???
