hey i was looking for a little more kick out of my alvalon, and wondering how to do it..... would u suggest a turbo or supercharger??? Or are there any decent N/A mods out there???

Talk to your dealer. TRD may have something for your vehicle and it wouldn't void your warranty that way. Also, hunt down the old hot rod magazine article 'Ten Steps to power.' That gives some of the best advice on what to do to make power.
TRD's got nothing..... and of course im trying to save the fuel mileage...
Turbo's and/or superchargers are not going to be a good idea on your car... You have a relatively high compression motor(10.8:1) and even a little boost will put a lot of strain on the engine. Sadly I don't really see much on the net for your car... nothing bolt-on at least.

What do you want to know? High compression ~ More efficient burning of fuel A high compression engine is more efficient than a lower compression one. The ratio is (the volume of cylinder displacement+combustion chamber volume) compared to (that of the combustion chamber at TDC). Many variables effect this... (Pistons, Heads, Spark Plug size... to name a few)... The pressure at TDC is related to this... For simpler math we'll ignore the detonation... Atmospheric pressure is ~14.7 psi so in your engine at TDC the pressure is about 158.8 psi.... Now a turbo system increases the pressure of the atmosphere entering the engine so instead of 14.7 psi, lets say you ran only 5.3 pounds of boost... Then at TDC you'd have 216 psi... Not only that you'd have more fuel and oxygen in there so the detonation is more efficient and bigger in a turbo engine. Problem is that 216 psi is incredibly high!!! Most engines you see that run boost will have between 6:1 and 8:1 compression... For them 7 psi of boost would lead to between 130 psi and 173.6 psi at TDC... You'll note that your engine falls right in this range stock... The reason a turbo'd engine of similar displacement is more powerful is because it has more fuel and oxygen in the engine(Bigger boom ~ effecient). Keeping your engine stock but getting more oxygen and fuel in will give you an equivalent setup, without a massive rebuild... Methanol injection or small Nitrous Oxide injection... ------NOTE!!!------ This is an over simplification of things... Your internals must be able to handle the torque of any performance parts, so don't put low comp pistons and a turbo on, or a methanol injection on and expect good reliability. Engineers like to determine the minimum strength needed and multiply somewhere between 2-3 for safety and reliability. Increasing the power of an engine reduces this 'safety coefficient' and thereby reduces the reliability... COST SPEED RELIABILITY Pick Two

If your looking for a kick, you wont feel it unless you mod your car to add at least 15-20 more whp. That will cost you more than 2g (unless you go all ebay!!!, but ebay stuff breaks). If you dont have the money dont do it. just a waste unless you have moeny to really mod your car. but if you lookinf for 20whp get all the bolt ons you can get!.
This is what I did with my 2011 Toyota Avalon. Since the 2011 Camry and Avalon carry the same engine and have the same set up, I bought parts for a camry and bolt on exhaust for it. I will post a picture of the exhaust when I get time, however I have the link with the exhaust that I bought for my Avalon. Because the Avalon is about 6 inches longer than the camry, you will need to buy extended exhaust tips, but mine actually look really nice. So most of the parts on the Camry, almost 95% will fit on the Avalon. I have 2016 Avalon nothing is really available to add speed and power. Only thing really is to get better suspension and wheels. You don't want to get a short ram intake because it will lose power and no cold air available.
I added k&n done filter and removed all resoviors. It made a very big difference. My 02 avalon keeps up with 745 Beemer at 125mph.. I've also raced a G35.. Came real close...remind u my avalon is a grandpa car
