Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a Toyota 1990 Camry Deluxe automatic, 4 cylinder.  I go to start the car and five
minutes later after its turned off will not start again.  I will go back in 15 minutes and then
it starts, I am assuming its the starter, if so, should I replace it immediately as it will just
quit one day?  thank you. Louisa

I have had two Toyotas with the exact problem. It's the pick up coil in the distributor that's bad. The only cure is to replace the entire distributor. Just doing a cap and rotor will not fix it. Try ebay for a replacement.
