How do you remove a cam shaft pulley off of a 1990 Toyota Camry w/o pulling engine out?

Having trouble getting cam pulley off.

Are you sure you mean camshaft pulley? If you are talking crankshaft pulley, use a crankshaft pulley removal tool. The camshaft pulley should come out with removal of the camshaft, which will require removal of the timing belt and associated parts.
