I have a 1991 Toyota Camry, for the past few days the Brake light and the Charge light have been on at the same time. They come on together and they go off together, the car ran perfectly until last night when the battery was completely dead. Help what is going on?

Top off your brake fluid to the full line. If the battery light is on, that usually means that your alternator is not charging. Bring to an Autozone and have them put a volt meter on the output side of your alternator. It should be putting out at least 14 volts. Also have them put a volt meter on your battery. You may have a dead cell or the battery may just be too old to hold a good charge.
