Maybe you have a bad battery.

No just went in and bought a brand new one..still nothing but I also forgot to mention on the post that be for I did buy this one I put it in wrong and it started smoking from wires on the battery

I'm almost really embarrassed my dumb @$$ actually just typed that.
If the battery cables are smoking you either hooked the battery up backwards or you have a dead short on the main hot wire.

I did hook it up backwards and realized after I had already did it so did I mess something up badly you think??I had a guy walk by and said I could have maby blown a fuss or something..

But still idk why the lights would be dimming out like they have now for about a week

The radio cut off like 4 days ago and hasn't came on since but the car had started up fine no problems before this it happend once. this morning we went outside got in it turned the key nothing...so my uncle told me it may not always work but take the wires off the terminal and let it sit for about 5 mins and hook it back up and start it well it worked...now not so much lol.so like I said idk if I've blew a fuse..if the wire maby has came lose..or if its something more serious
My guess is the 80/100 Amp Alt Fuse blew when you hooked up the Battery backwards. That fuse is difficult to replace. Suggest a tow the vehicle to the nearest repair Garage for repair. Good Luck.
Dead shorting the battery could have damaged the battery. I would charge it up and have it tested.
