92 Toyota Camry will not crank in cool/cold temperatures.

Help!!!! My 92 Toyota Camry will not crank in
cool or cold weather. I have replaced the
starter and battery not even a year ago. Any
suggestions?????

Sounds like an inspection and testing of the cranking circuit is in order. This would include a visual look see for corrosion/loose connections between the Battery and Starter Motor. Then...a Battery Load Test...and a voltage drop test would be conducted. Testing the charging system and a Parasitic Drain test is also included. You really should have these procedures done at a good diagnostic repair shop. Just guessing and replacing parts is expensive and often does not pinpoint the root cause of an issue such as this. Get back to us with updates.
