92 Toyota Camry will not crank in cool/cold temperatures.

Help!!!! My 92 Toyota Camry will not crank in
cool or cold weather. I have replaced the
starter and battery not even a year ago. Any
suggestions?????

Sounds like an inspection and testing of the cranking circuit is in order. This would include a visual look see for corrosion/loose connections between the Battery and Starter Motor. Then...a Battery Load Test...and a voltage drop test would be conducted. Testing the charging system and a Parasitic Drain test is also included. You really should have these procedures done at a good diagnostic repair shop. Just guessing and replacing parts is expensive and often does not pinpoint the root cause of an issue such as this.
