My car will drive for a certain amount of time then it
will cut off and be hard to turn the steering wheel.
What’s wrong with my car.

If the engine dies then it will be harder to steer because you lost the power steering assistance. If it's hard to turn the steering wheel while the engine is running then check your power steering fluid level. It may be low or you may have a bad power steering pump. If it is bad or the pulley is seizing, that may cause an engine to stall out (putting too much of a load on the engine). We would need a great deal more information before suggesting a reason as to why your engine is stalling.
