Might be poor Cooling System circulation. An Infrared Thermostat might be helpful with the diagnosis.......or....you can perform a "touchy/feel" procedure. Make sure the system is full to the proper level. Start her up COLD and carefully place your hand on the upper Radiator Hose. As the engine warms up the hose should also warm up and then get Hot Hot. Immediately...carefully...place your hand on the bottom Rad Hose. Should be hot...but not as hot as the upper. You just checked for proper flow from the Engine....through the Radiator...and back to the engine. There are other causes of Engine OH. Water pump...head gasket...leaks....bad rad. Cap.....etc. Get back to us with results. Watch for ROTATING PARTS when performing this test.
