Buy some throttle body cleaner. Clean your throttle body and clean or replace your Idle Air Control valve. Here is a "how to" video on cleaning the IAC. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WsP2-HKz7vE Also, if you haven't already, do a tune up. Plugs, wires, cap, rotor, air filter, fuel filter, PVC valve. If your check engine light is on, go to your nearest Autozone and get the error codes read. If no check engine light, just clean and do the tune up and post back with the results.
