Power was put to censor on outlet side of radiator
car stalled will not start no spark

You might want to consider providing a little more History concerning this vehicle. What was the original concern/problem you were attempting to correct? "Power"(12 volts)....to a Computer sensor could damage a Computer. Many Computer Sensors operate using a 5 volt reference from that Computer. Could you ID the name of the sensor in question? A wiring diagram can then be accessed to ID the circuit.

Check under hood fuses there's only one 30amp fuse check it
