i have a 1994 camry 4 cyclinder engine sometimes it will start for just a second and dies but the rest of the time it just turns over its not getting spark its getting good fuel but like i said it s

any ideads to what could be doing this????

Have you had someone see if you have good constant spark while cranking it over? If you have intermittent spark, you may have a bad coil, or a bad distributor. A new cap and rotor will not fix the problem if it's coil or distributor related. You will first have to determine if you have spark at all times. You said it's getting fuel so start with the spark. Post back with findings..........
