I have a Toyota Camry v6 3.0 3vzfe engine.

The problem is that the expansion reservoir is bolilling with cool engine. With more acceleration, more bubles until the point of split the water out. Well, head gasket problems, no? But, engine was open and all seems good. What can cause this problem?

You opened the engine? then it sounds like you have a lot of air trapped,you need to bleed the cooling system.
Yes, the engine is open. Before this procedure, all the cooling system was ok. As temperature ups, I did, in order: a) change the caps; b) change the thermostatic valve; c) check the water pump - its ok; d) cleaned the radiator (was dirty). So, the next thing is the head gasket. Well, after open, all is very nice and clean. Now the head is going to check for problems. If no problem appears, well, I really don't know what causes this problem.
