Why does my 1995 toyota camry spit off the third spark plug wire?

This camry has been sputtering like its not getting fuel, then it takes off, but goes back
and forth from power to no power. I can push the accelerator on down and it picks up. Now   
it is spitting off the spark plug wire. Runs on all 4 after stopping and pushing it back on.
Can anyone give me suggestions on what to try? I would appreciate any help greatly.
