Check out “You Tube”, “how to change a coolant temperature sensor” type in the You Tube search “Where is the temperature sending unit in a 1999 Toyota Camry” and scroll to “how to change a coolant temperature sensor” … should be very helpful … good luck …

You might try changing your ambient air sensor also. Type into Google search: Camry ambient air sensor. You can pick them up easily.

Thanks gentleman I'll try that as soon as the weather warms up. Let you know if that fixed the problem. Thanks again.

I can't believe that this simple 10 minute fix was the problem! Thanks rrhodes112 and Reelin68 for responding. It started right up!
