I am trying to replace the headlight bulb and cannot figure out how to get the lense cover off to replace the bulb

I cannot figure out how to get the plastic lens cover off so I can replace the headlight bulb on the passengers side of the 1995 Camery

raise hood look behind light turn plastic black ring nut pull back,willsee a socket turn out pull light bulb out replace new one caution do not tuch bulb with fingers.

I have a 95 Toyota Camry I need to replace my head light bulbs for dim and bright. How many is it to change. If its to where is the other one
