when i turn off the ignition, the heater or AC, stereo all stay on and the oil light air bad and seat belt light stay on as well. 05 Camry

1995 Toyota Camry when i turn the car off , it acts like I have the key turned to the
accessory, but i can remove the key, this started as intermittent now its every time i turn
off the car.
