Hello, Camry's get excellent mileage with a 21 city/29 highway average across engines as you can see here: http://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/compx2005f.jsp?year=1996&make=Toyota&model=Camry&hiddenField=Findacar Winter mileage would vary only if you were driving consistently in low gear or with chains on your tires, in which case the number would have to be determined on an individual basis.
