still overheating

I have replaced radiator ,thermostat,checked waterpump,fans are working properly,but its still overheating,heater does not get hot,coolant dont appear to be circulating.

the servosteering fluid is what runs the fan, so,shortage of oil in the servosystem overheats the car, worth checking, maybe..
try another thermostat sounds like it is stuck closed,rember theses parts are made in china,poor qulaity,try not to use a stant,they useless.also check the oil,see if milkey looking on dipstick if so blown head gasket,if looks good,do the thermostat.
Recheck for blown head Gskt with advanced auto hear Gskt ck kit It works great easy to use put yellow chemical in tube and plunger Open rad cap sniff out fumes with tube plunger if the chemical changes Color headgear needs replaced but I would take head to machine shop Ck warpage and cracks both block and head be sure Let me knowhhh
