My speedometer lights aren't working but when I
turn my car on all other lights work besides my
hazard light button and the car lighter idk if I
unplugged something messing with my radio but I
can drive at night because idk how fast I'm going
do to the speedometer light not working

Start the diagnosis with a review of the Owner's Manual. How does one turn the cluster lights on...off...dim? Then check for a blown fuse. Where is the cluster fuse? Check that Owner's Manual.
