Wording under washboard

Can anyone please help me ive tried
everything and still not working  i can seem
to find the correct wire on my Toyota Camry
the colour for ground wire I've just about
tried every colour code diagram and nope it
still wrong  it's blowing fuses and  well at end
of the day im trying to install a new cigarette
lighter socket n it's just not happening for me
today aye
