Starter

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
I have approx. 147K on this great car. Last night with the ignition on. Heard one click with no turn over or the additional clicking sounds. I turned on all lights, radio, etc. The battery is obviously not the culprit here. I believe the starter may need replacing. Does any one concur with this dilemma? Thank you. Joe @ 760.672.4234.

Yes - very common with gear reduction starters ... If you hit the key three or fout times usually they will start But its junk
Mahalo braddah Mike. Will be replacing the starter today. Got the new starter via CarPartsWholesale.com at a reasonable price, without a core charge, along with a 2 year warranty. Hopefully, this will remedy my car 's issue. Again thank you for your reply. -- Joe.
Mike, Changed up the starter and shes ready to go. Thanks again for the reply. --Joe.
