97 Camry Won't start!

Recently changed the started and the other day
purchased new battery clicked the key over and it
kept making this weird sound like bababa like when
u move ur lips I just don't know what to do now it
has gas and oil and everything flushed with new
liquids

If the Battery and Starter Motor are changed/new.....and are known good parts.....AND.....the Engine is not CRANKING OVER....it sounds like you may have a bad/corroded connection in the Cranking Circuit. If the Engine is cranking over well...but...the Engine will not fire up(start)....then....we need to look at Fuel Delivery....Spark...and Engine Compression. So...which is it....a NO CRANK...or....a NO START?

Why would a 97 camery crank but don't start I took igniton out to get to something would it be a senser

What engine in this vehicle? What ignition component did you remove and install? Did the engine run before all this work ?..
