I own a 1997 Toyota Camry LE 4 cylinder, I have changed all the brake lights but whenever I tap on the brakes, the yellow "change buld" symbol" pops up and The bulbs are installe correctly and snug.

Change all the brake light bulbs, Left right and Top window. The bulbs are new and were bought specifically for this car.

Have you actually had somebody stand behind the car while you push on the brake, and make sure they all work? Are they a multi- bulb led assembly, if so even one led not working will cause that

Yes, my father did and he saw all the 3 brake lights came on when I tap on the brake pedal. No the car does not have LED brake lights
